We currently ship orders from Sweden.

Processing times

Standard products are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Personalized and custom-made products require additional production time. Depending on the product and customization, processing may take approximately 2–7 business days before dispatch.

Production begins after your order details, uploaded files, selected options and payment authorization have been reviewed and approved.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Rates may vary depending on destination, parcel size, weight and selected shipping method.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that customized products may require additional production time before shipment. We recommend carefully reviewing your uploaded images, text, sizes, colors and other options before placing your order.
